The vibrant pre-sieves of the PCV Series, are machines destined to fulfil the first one sifted of the primary materials, well to separate the "sterile ones" or to separate the thin ones that do not want to pass for the first stage of crushing.

They are driven by vibrant engines of eccentric adjustable masses, which allows to regulate the intensity of the sifted one according to every specific need. In this type of sieves, both in the top tray and in the low one, metallic meshes can be placed or of antiabrasive rubber.

We make the vibrant pre-sieves in diverse broad and long, always adapting the design to the machine that feeds to the sieve and to the machines to which the material treated by the pre-sieves is going to go.
